We use Mission Match, our own powerful tool that combines AI-powered screening with expert human evaluation. You provide your requirements; skills, stack, budget, timeline, and we deliver a fully vetted shortlist of only the best candidates, usually within 72 hours.

We assess your project needs, tech stack, and team structure, then assemble a team based on fit, seniority, autonomy, and specialization. You can choose between fully managed teams or individual contributors.

They generally follow an 8-hour work day, with your preference of timezone overlap. You determine the expected active working days per month at the start of the engagement; whether you need full-time, part-time, or on-demand. This can always be adjusted monthly to suit your evolving needs.

We typically place candidates or full teams within 7 to 14 days, depending on your stack and requirements. Full agile squads; Product Manager, Tech Lead, and 2+ engineers, can often be assembled in 2 weeks or less.

Mission.dev is a remote-first network. Our members are located in over 50 countries and we compliance and payroll set up for more than 150. If co-location is important, we can accommodate it, but we prioritize fit and quality above geography.

Rates vary based on the member’s location, role, and seniority. We’ll work within your budget and provide rate options as part of each candidate profile. There are no hidden or activation fees; rates are all-inclusive.

You’ll receive a single invoice each month based on the hours logged by your assigned team members. Payment is due within thirty days of invoice receipt.
