Background
The client needed to improve the flexibility and reach of their platform by supporting more insurer and partner integrations. Their internal form engine also required implementation of a large, dynamic application form tailored for different policy types.
The challenge
One of the core technical challenges was implementing a highly structured form containing more than 2,000 dynamic fields. The form engine had to validate logic, map data correctly, and feed structured outputs into insurer-specific APIs, all with low latency and minimal user friction.
The solution
Mission.dev provided an independent team focused on backend integration and form logic implementation. Built using Node.js and TypeScript, the team extended the platform’s API integration layer and implemented a 2,300-question dynamic form engine based on the company’s internal rules system. The result was a scalable, automated intake solution that reduced manual processing and enabled faster, more reliable policy submissions.
