Mission’s platform assesses the objectives and requirements of the work needed to be accomplished. Based on a technical assesment facilitated by one of our EIR (Engineers in Residence, ex-CTO 15-20 years experience) we are able to plug in a detailed breakdown of needs.

Our matching algorithm is able to design a team compostion and recommend talent on multiple criteria including complexity of mission, maturity of your technical team, expected autonomy of the resources, and baseline criteria like stack, seniority, and geo/timezone preferences.

Mission has built a set of tools to help our Team Leads coach and manage their team better. Part of these tools are analytics tools that are measuring code telemetry, distribution of effort, 360 reviews, and others.

Mission is a global network, our members come from all corners of the globe, but we have our highlest concentrations of talent in Canada, US, LATAM, West Africa, and South Asia. We can explore having members in the same location or in your city upon request, but it will reduce to pool of talent we can tap into and potentially impact our typical 2 week timeline.
